Lorna and her team are the best! They have been invaluable assisting me with the handling of a claim through another insurance carrier whose insured backed into my car. The other driver has not been cooperating with her insurance company, delaying my ability to have my car repaired Lorna has provided great counsel on guiding me how to get this expedited and resolved. It's also comforting to know that if the other driver and her insurance company don't cooperate, Lorna is ready and in my corner to assist me in making a claim through her. When I needed to find better car insurance I called Lorna at Alandy Insurance. I loved having her do the searching and then recommending what she felt to be the best choice for me. If I had to do this on my own, first of all, it would have taken me hours/days and I would eventually have given up. It's a complicated business and I don't have the knowledge to make the right choice. Once I got the car insurance, she recommended a better insurance for my condo. Then when I recently moved, I shot her an email and she swiftly and efficiently made all the changes necessary and it was done almost within minutes.
